Delivery

All rim purchases qualify for free shipping. Free shipping to main centres is generally 2 to 3 working days. Shipping within Cape Town is generally same or next day. Orders are required to be confirmed before 2pm for the order to leave that day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be sent out on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Returns

Any product purchased from Roll With It may be returned for a refund or exchange within one month of the purchase if the purchaser is dissatisfied with their purchase. The product must be unused in its original state and in original packaging. Any cost associated with returning the item will be incurred by the purchaser, including but not limited to delivery costs.

Warranty

All rims are covered by the Nextie warranty program. This program can be found on the Nextie website https://www.nextie.com/warranty Roll With It will facilitate any warranty claims on the buyers behalf on rims purchased through Roll With It. Stock held locally in South Africa can be used to satisfy a warranty claim at the discretion of Roll With It.

Crash Replacement

Roll With It will provide a replacement rim at 50% of current retail in the unfortunate event the rim is damaged in the first 3 years of ownership. This crash replacement policy is limited to the original owner. Invoice is required for processing a crash replacement request. Any associated costs, not limited to, delivery, wheel building costs or labour are not covered by the crash replacement policy.
